For information on Returning Products see our Return Policy for Online Sales. While we make every effort to delivery parcels as soon as possible, overseas parcels are sent through our Postal system An Post by registered post and during peak periods this can take extended time to deliver.
All parcels are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the orders, with the exception of Sundays and Bank Holidays. We work from Monday to Saturday.
Personalised Items will take longer and the customers will be advised of delivery time taking the personalisation into account.
Where possible within Ireland we try for next day delivery but we cannot guarantee this will happen. However, most courier companies do not operate on weekends unless at peak times of the year.
In the event of a delay with your order due to product on back order or out of stock we will notify you of this delay and possible delivery date. If the revised date is unsuitable simply let us know and we will cancel and refund the order.
